New triple layer plastic has added a new dimension to Partwell Group’s supply into the educational industry.
With a goal to supply new ideas into primary, secondary and higher education sectors, which offered simple but attractive colours and designs alongside a requirement for interaction, Partwell have worked with customers within the industry to design and manufacture a range of bespoke plastic products that are cost effective and durable.
Partwell have utilised their knowledge of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC engineering to produce numerous plastic parts that can be used across a multitude of areas, including science, music, maths and of course design. CAD technology means that we can work with the client to assist in design and having engineers as part of the sales team also means that Partwell offer a different approach to ensure that the design works, is cost effective and fit for purpose. CNC machining plastic means tolerances are as tight as 0.2mm, so assembled plastic parts are put together easily and securely.
Triple layer plastic is available in a range of colour options and is all CNC engineered to bespoke requirements. The textured finish of the outer layers lends a different feel to the product that is not in other plastics and being UV stable means that it can be used internally and externally, so it promotes educational messages in the playground as well as the classroom.
